OK This is crazy. It's April 5? Spring began over two weeks ago and today we wake up to THIS? And of course it's not three or four inches but FOURTEEN INCHES? I am not a skier, but some of my co-workers are, and I grew up in Maine so all through the winter I don't complain about the weather too often, but this is just rubbing it in.

We ran out and took some pictures this morning because we often get mail from the folks who have fled to Florida, but still visit our site. I think this validates their decision. When we do this kind of thing we also sometimes hear from elderly people who can't get out to see for themselves.

For those of you who aren't in Maine, I have to point out that The day before this storm there was virtually no snow on the ground in these places.

We could really only get to the areas near where we live and work, but we asked you folks if you had taken some that you wanted to share and you really delivered!
